Cardio & Sculpt Boot Camp
Unlike a military-style boot camp, CARDIO AND SCULPT BOOT CAMP offers a fun yet challenging approach to exercise. Each session will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardio exercises, interval training, circuit training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more.
You don’t have to be in shape. You will start training at your level and will move up as you get faster and stronger. We have designed the program to be suitable for all fitness levels.

CBD-Lafayette Park/ Monday & Thursday at 6:00 PM
$79 for auto pay 2 classes per week for a month OR $89 for 8 classes

Bootie Camp
GET THAT PRE-BABY BODY BACK!!! Bootie Camp is a forty-five minute class that offers parents the opportunity to exercise while spending time with their babies. This is a total fitness program that incorporates jogging/walking, cardio drills, core work, and resistance training using hand weights and of course, the stroller. Tone your body and increase your heart rate while working on getting your body feeling healthy and strong. Each class is taught by a certified fitness instructor. The exercises we do are designed for any fitness level. So whether you are a brand new mom looking to lose that baby weight or you are just looking to maintain a fitness routine, Bootie Camp is for you!

Outdoor Yoga
Get out of the studio and into nature to experience yoga as it was originally intended! Affirm Fitness offers outdoor yoga in beautiful setting surrounded by the old oak trees in the heart of City Park. We can accommodate the complete beginner as well as students with greater proficiency and experience. Our instructors are certified in Yogafit®. The YogaFit® style tightens and tones the entire body, enhances balance, improves flexibility and builds core strength by combining traditional fitness training, focused breathing and strength building through yoga poses. The result is a mind-body workout that improves health, athletic performance and mental acuity in people of all ages and fitness levels.

Zumba
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
Howlin’ Wolf ”DEN”- 907 S. Peters/CBD/ Wednesdays 6:15 pm (45 minutes) $7 each class OR 10 classes for $50
TRX Suspension Training (these classes are reservation ONLY)limited space available
Created by a US Navy SEAL, TRX uses bodyweight and body positioning for a full-body workout with minimal equipment. TRX training builds strength and endurance with exercises that can be adapted for all fitness levels.
10 classes: $150 , 5 classes: $90 or drop in: $20
Private Training
Affirm Fitness comes to you! We offer private fitness training or personal yoga training in 60 minute or 30 minute sessions at a location of your choice. We will focus on your individual needs and help you achieve your fitness goals. The pace will be your own to help you triumph over your fitness challenges.
